The Level 3 Award in Wines and Spirits is the highest qualification available in Italy. It is an advanced course, designed for the wine and spirits professionals, but also open to the passionate enthusiast. This course focuses on the factors that impact the style and quality of the major wines and spirits for around the world. Students will also benefit from in-depth tastings.
It is strongly recommended that students complete the Level 2 Award in Wines and Spirits before progressing to the Level 3 Award. Alternatively, they must demostrate an equivalent level of knowledge. If you would like to assess your knowledge, se also offer a convenient online test.
In order to cater in the best possible way to the needs of many people travelling from outside Milan - and, indeed, from outside Italy - to take this qualification with us, we offer courses in a highly intensive format based on five consecutive classroom days, from Monday morning to the final exam session on the Friday afternoon of the same week.
