Educator
Originally from Romania, Mihaela has been living in Italy for many years, and has been working in the wine industry since 2007. First as export manager for a large Apulian winery, and then as an independent wine consultant and broker.
After completing sommelier courses with AIS, Mihaela started her WSET education with AccademiaVino. She passed Level 2 and Level 3 exams with flying colours and then - just as successfully - completed her Educator training in London and is an approved judge for the London International Wine Challenge.
Apart from tutoring courses for AccademiaVino in Puglia, Marche and other parts of Italy and running her consultancy business, Mihaela is currently studying for her WSET Diploma. After which we will probably soon see her joining the Master of Wine programme.
