Educator
Elodia is a qualified sommelier, WSET level 3 holder and now a qualified educator. She has wine in her blood, as her family owns a winery in Lazio. When she's not tending the vineyards and studying for her WSET Diploma, she enjoys trying International wines, especially full-bodied Chardonnays from California.
